Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing the Key Level Trading PDF. If the Product is not what you expected, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund.
How it works
- Refund window: 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (timestamp on your Lemon Squeezy order receipt).
- Eligibility: All purchases of the PDF are eligible for a refund within the 30-day window. You do not need to justify your reason.
- No partial refunds: Refunds are full-purchase-amount only. There are no proration rules because the Product is a single one-time purchase.
How to request a refund
You have two options. Either works:
- Email us at
refunds@keylevel.net(or the contact address published in the site footer at the time of contact). Include the email address you used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order ID. We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy within two business days. - Open a ticket directly with Lemon Squeezy (the Merchant of Record) from the receipt email they sent you at purchase. They will route the request to us; we approve or deny consistent with this policy.
What happens after a refund
- Lemon Squeezy issues the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Your access to lifetime updates ends at the time the refund is issued. We retain a flag in our records (refunded: true) so future broadcasts are not sent to you, but no other personal data beyond your email and order metadata is retained.
- You are not asked to "return" the PDF — there is no DRM, no watermarking, and no technical mechanism to revoke the file. We trust the refund process on both sides.
Outside the 30-day window
After 30 days, the Product is non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g., consumer-protection statutes in your jurisdiction that supersede this policy). If you believe such a law applies, contact us at the email above and we will review your request in good faith.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank. A chargeback issued without first attempting a refund through this policy or through Lemon Squeezy will be contested. Chargebacks are disruptive and expensive for a small operator; we want to refund willingly rather than fight a chargeback.
