Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Key Level Trading website at keylevel.net, the Key Level Trading PDF (the "Product"), and any related YouTube videos, sample chapters, or email communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services or purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital PDF that teaches a mechanical framework for identifying and trading specific price-chart signals. It is sold as a one-time purchase. Lifetime updates are provided at no additional cost for so long as Key Level Trading continues to publish revisions; this is a courtesy and not a contractual subscription.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for the Product are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Your purchase contract for tax, billing, and chargeback purposes is with Lemon Squeezy, not with Key Level Trading directly. Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to the Terms here.

3. License

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and read the PDF for personal, non-commercial use. You may print one copy for your own use. You may not:

• redistribute, resell, lease, or share the PDF (in whole or in part) with any third party,
• post the PDF to a public file-sharing service or repository,
• create derivative works that reproduce substantial portions of the PDF,
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or mass-extract content from the website or PDF for use in other commercial products.

We do not apply DRM or watermarking — your license is honored on a trust basis. Violation of this section is grounds for license revocation without refund.

4. Educational Use Only — No Investment Advice

The Product, the website, and any associated videos are educational materials only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The author is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodities trading advisor in any jurisdiction.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. See the full risk disclaimer in the site footer.

5. Intellectual Property

All copy, charts, diagrams, screencasts, and code on the website and in the Product are the intellectual property of the author and Key Level Trading. You receive a personal-use license under Section 3, not ownership.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) abuse the email-capture, lead-magnet, or contact forms for spam or harassment, (b) attempt to access systems, accounts, or data not belonging to you, (c) use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, and (d) misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or organization.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Key Level Trading does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Key Level Trading and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services. Total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product (typically USD 97).

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. All refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as MoR; Key Level Trading approves or denies the refund consistent with the Refund Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license to the Product at any time for violation of these Terms. Termination of your license does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the author is resident, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to current Product owners by email; continued use of the Services after revision constitutes acceptance.
